History/Backround: Arthor grew up in the slums of the capitol. As he was growing up in the city he got into many fights with the other kids. During one of these fights Arthor went a little over board and almost killed 2 kids. After that happen Arthor's mother and father sent him to boarding school. At boarding school Arthor started to study alchemic. After years of studying Arthor was able to master Ice and lighting. Arthor would fight other student to train his alchemic. Again during one of these training fights Arthor fought to hard and almost killed his fellow student. After that fight the school told him he was not allowed to practice alchemic on other students. He spent his last year obeying that rule, until another student beat up his friend. Arthor went looking for that kid and when he found him, he challenged him to a dual. During that dual Arthor cut off one of his arms and broke all of his ribs. When the fight was over, Arthor left the school.
Right after he left the school Arthor turn 18. The first thing he did was go home to see his mother and father. When he arrived home Arthor found out that his father died in the military. Arthor thought it was funny that his father joined the military since he hated them. After a week of question his mother on the full story he found out, that his father was forced to join the military and died only a few months after joining. Arthor spent that next five years as a freelance Alchemist. During that time he fought with and against the military. Anytime Arthor got a job he would put on a mask to hide his appearance.
